Nadia from Stepp Digital has given me such great support during my CV update. During our collaboration, she made me realise (because sometimes, after being on the same job for years, we tend to forget) how important it is to scan the career market and that great opportunities come to those who ask for them. She has given me precious insights on how to work on my CV, especially on adding as many metrics as possible and making my CV more accomplishment-oriented rather than task-oriented.
