Let thousands of new people discover your restaurant who would never have known about you beforehand. They can get directions right to you! Customers with their wallets out can’t find you. Google is much more effective than any type of marketing (physical or digital) at catching people who are ready to book there and then... They are physically searching for what you have to offer... you just need to be visible. Social Media is the perfect shop window into your business. It allows you to show off all you can and visually puts the customer in your restaurant before they book. Create fans, grow organically & shout about you! Your social media audience works great for targeting through paid ads! Not everyone takes action by only seeing your brand only the once. On average we need to see a brand 4 -7 times before purchasing and there isn't a better place to find people than on Facebook & Instagram. Advanced targeting helps us find your customers! It all has to start somewhere. If you do not have a website you can not drive people to it and therefore can not track anything.We will make you a user-friendly site that you will be able to edit yourself. It will have all the tracking codes you need to run successful campaigns. You will be happy to hear that we do not have a fixed contract. You should be able to stay with us because YOU want to. Not because we have tied you in for 12 months. We operate on a 30 day rolling contract. Please note though that nothing happens over night. There is a learning phase needed for each campaign so we ask for 3 - 4 months of time for this. The size of budget depends on your goals and aims. For Google Ads and Facebook Ads, we need a minimum ad spend of £500 per month. This is so you can actually see a visible impact of our work on your restaurant. The Facebook retargeting budget depends on how much traffic your website is already achieving.For Google My Business there is no ad spend needed. It is all organic. You COULD see progress within the first month. And if we reference previous campaigns we have completed for others, it is quite likely that you will do. BUT as mentioned above. All campaigns need a learning period and this time can vary. Progress does not mean you are number 1. It means you are on the way! Over the last few years of testing numerous campaigns we have found the sweet spot with Google Ad’s for restaurant marketing. We try to be as conservative as possible and look after your money as if it were our own. We would advise no less than £500 ad spend, per campaign per month. This is enough budget for you to see a visible difference in your restaurant without breaking the bank. We place tracking codes for Google and Facebook on your website so that we can track every click and every action taken on your site. We can even track and record phone calls so you know 100% what happened on a call.For Google My Business we track the rank of where your restaurant is appearing in the map's area. We also use the metrics given to us by GMB as a secondary measure of success. Call, website visits, get direction clicks. You can increase your spend as you wish. We aim to get your campaign to a point where you know how much it is costing you for a booking so you know exactly how much to invest to get 'x' amount of bookings. We would not recommend changing the budget up and down constantly as it would put the campaigns back into learning. When you reach the top, you can open the champagne! But being top of Google for just 1 word is not our aim. We want you to be number 1 for a host of relevant keywords. The more words we reach number 1 for, the more business you will get. Once we are top and you are happy, we can move to our maintenance package. This is so you stay first and your competitors do not leap frog you after all your hard months of work achieving number 1!
