What I like about Michael, which I don't always get from other Google ad agencies, is how brilliant his reporting skills are. His strategies were also very clear and easy to understand, which has increased our monthly sign-ups and improved our Google ads results. We got our biggest leads so far due to his ads. Not only has Michael given us clear recommendations on steps to improve our PPC performance in his initial audit, he has also now come on to implement a lot of his changes and manage the PPC account on a ongoing basis. He has already found quick wins which has reduced our overall CPC and increased our CTR on our ads. This is only the technical side of it.
