I was fortunate to have a Free website review with Stewart Watson. I got great value from his review of 3 vital aspects of a website, e.g., 1) Conversion rate optimization, 2) SEO, and 3) Paid advertising. Stewart provided clear explanations, which I appreciated as a non-technical person. I learned things that no previous website designer had explained, including what to do and what not. Had I known these things, I would have saved time and money. I do not doubt in my mind that he would develop a great website. Many website developers, at this point, would have pushed for a sale. Stewart fulfilled his offer to review and assess my current website, as well as clear and honest feedback and suggestions. Stephen Covey, the author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, says in habit X to be candid and caring, which Stewart did. Would I engage his services...in a heart beat.

I was surprised at the depth the initial website review by Tom at Elevate Digital went into and the amount of research time spent getting to know what we did as a business. What also liked, is that nothing in the process felt overtly 'salesy'. As part of the review Elevate suggested techniques to help us. These were a combination of quick wins and long term gains, some of which we have implemented immediately. We've been very happy with the results; seeing a big improvement on conversions jumping from around 3-4% jumping to well over 10% over the space of a month. I say this as someone with over 15 years involved with Web and Digital that its vitally important to constantly look at what you offer and that the Website Review offered by Elevate Digital helped us see what was achievable.

You will find hordes of digital agencies offering “Free website reviews” as part of their marketing strategy, and it is not easy to qualify the credibility of such agencies or relevance of their outputs. At best, you can expect a standard off-the-shelve software program spewing out lots of data meant to impress- often, more focused on the “poor state” of your digital efforts, rather than identifying the real opportunities available to your business. My experience with Tom from Elevate Digital was the antitheses of that, from the word go, he took time to understand our industry and requirements. Additionally, he customised his recommendations, especially in the areas of lead generation and conversion rate optimisation. I would have no hesitation recommending Elevate Digital for a digital review, regardless of industry or size of business. Best Johann
