Paids Ads on Meta | Strong sales pitch, weak delivery, very expensive for results that were so poor. We were sold a very promising Paid Ads proposal with some classic, hard sales tactics to secure our business. After 3 months Climb Online "supporting" our business they managed to generate far worse results than we were previously achieving. Our cost per lead went sky high, our lead-to-customer conversion rate halved. It was a mess. They also didn't recognise nor resolve verification issues on our account which we've since resolved with the support of resource at 25% of the cost! Finally, we wanted to terminate the contract on the above grounds but they wanted paying in order to terminate which was the cherry on the icing of our negative experience. They offered alternative services in return for the settlement fee but these services were vastly overpriced so we had no other choice but to pay them off. This isn't how business should be, so I'd avoid them.

Freddie and the team over at Climb Online have been great in the way they have helped our Google Ads go from strength to strength this year. We have had monthly performance calls and regular suggestions from Freddie and he is frequently on hand to help. The only thing we would have liked to improve was the response time - sometimes we experienced delays with queries and campaigns going live. But overall Freddie and the team have done an amazing job with our account and they have provided great assistance with any tasks and answering any questions that we have.
